Section 5.2.2 D(C-1), 5.3.2 D (C-2), and 5.4.2 D (C-SC) all state: " Where a C... District abuts a Residential District, whether in a shopping center or free-standing strip development arrangement, a fence or screen shall be required. Any fence or screen constructed must not extend beyond the front building line on any lot nor beyond the side building line on corner lots. Said fences or screens shall have planning commission approval as to location, height, material, and construction."

5.5.1 B:
Screening Requirements for the C-3 District shall be the same as required for the C-2 District.

5.6.1 B:
Screening requirements for the "C-4" District shall be the same as required for the "C-2" District.
