Sherwood Aldermen voted unanimously at Monday evening's City Council Meeting for a Sherwood election so that voters can consider the annexation of the community of Gravel Ridge. The election will be held Tuesday, March 11. Council members also approved six (6) new police officer positions and eight (8) replacement police vehicles when they passed the 2008 City Budget without dissent or discussion.
