It's a mixed result for Sherwood. Yes, we can chose who we want for electric providers but the judge also says that we must pay damages to North Little Rock because of a "implied contract". I am wondering what type of "damages" that the judge will grant to NLR. I'm hoping that it doesn't amount to the entire franchise fees collected. That would put the city owing $2.19 million (YIKES!).
