A federal judge has issued a stay in the Federal case that Club Properties filed against the City of Sherwood and the previous buyers of the former NHCC property. To read more about this development click the following link:

Basically this means that the Federal court is going to wait an issue a ruling after a lower court hears the condemnation proceedings. This means that issue remains in proverbial "limbo" until the end of July or later until after the condemnation proceedings have taken place.
