Sherwood's City Council has committed more than 6,000 of its citizens to service from North Little Rock Electric until 2015. They settled one lawsuit and got a check from North Little Rock for $660,000.00 on Monday evening. More than $2,000,000.00 dollars in franchise fees was reported by the news media.
