$85,000.00 per month payments for North Hills
Sherwood’s ownership of the 106 acre North Hills Property has a $5,350,000.00 million mortgage. The mortgage payment is about $85,000.00 per month. The Public Facilities Board has a loan from Twin City Bank. Previous information on the property shows a 1985 loan for $140,000 from First American National Bank, North Little Rock. In 1946, the property was purchased for $30,000 from Metropolitan Trust Co. Sherwood gained ownership through eminent domain action against James and Betty Rodgers, Club Properties Inc. and North Hills Country Club.

The rates are as follows:
Monday-Sunday: 9am-2pm: $300.00
Monday-Wednesday-3pm-Midnight: $350
Thursday-Sunday: 3pm-Midnight: $450.00
Catering Kitchen: $150.00
Bar set-up: $100.00

The 1985 First American Bank has NOTHING to do with the purchase of 106 acres or the $30,000. amount you stated above.
